Although the Boston Major has only started a month away, Valve has announced the schedule for next year’s Spring Major, which is April 20-23, 2017, while The International 2017 will start in early August.
For the Spring Major qualification, Valve made new regulations by dividing the American region into 2 regions, namely North & South America, as well as the European region which is divided into Europe and the CIS.
The Open Qualifiers Spring Major itself is scheduled for March 6-9, followed by the Regional Qualifiers round on March 10-13. Meanwhile, the Open Qualifiers The International 2017 falls on June 22-25, followed by the Regional Qualifiers round on June 26-29.
Valve has not announced where the Spring Major will be held.
