Collection of Proof of Prayer Commands [Lengkap]

The following is a collection of arguments in the Qur’an regarding Allah’s command to his servants to perform the prayer service.

الَّذِينَ لَىٰ لَوَاتِهِمْ افِظُونَ

ا لَكَكُمْ الُوْا لَمْ المُصَلِّينَ

ا الصَّلَاةَ ا الزَّكَاةَ ارْكَعُوا الرَّاكِعِينَ

افِظُوا لَى الصَّلَوَاتِ الصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَىٰ ا لِلَّهِ انِتِينَ

“Keep all (your) prayers and wustha prayers and stand for Allah (in prayer) with full submission and obedience” (Q:S Albaqarah verse 238)


(Q:S Albaqarah verse 277)

الَّذِينَ ا لُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ امُوا الصَّلَاةَ ا الزَّكَاةَ لَهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ لَا لَيْهِمْ لَا

“Indeed those who believe, do righteous deeds, establish prayer and pay zakat, they will have their reward with their Lord. There is no fear for them and they are not sad.” (Q:S Albaqarah verse 277)


(Q:S Anisa 103)

ا الصَّلَاةَ اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ امًا ا لَىٰ ۚ ا اطْمَأْنَنْتُمْ ا الصَّلَاةَ الصَّلَاةَ انَتْ لَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَوْقُوتًا

“So when you have finished praying, remember Allah when you get up, when you sit down, and when you lie down. When you feel conducive, establish prayer (return). Verily, prayer is for the believers, an obligation whose time has been determined” (Q:S Anisa 103)


(Q:S Albaqarah verse 3)

الَّذِينَ الْغَيْبِ الصَّلاةَ ا اهُمْ

“(namely) those who believe in the unseen, who establish prayer and spend part of the sustenance that We have bestowed upon them,” (Q:S Albaqarah verse 3)


(Surat al-Maidah verse 6)

ا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مَرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ ​​أَوْ لامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُوا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُوا بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ مِنْهُ مَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيَجْعَلَ لَيْكُمْ لَكِنْ لِيُطَهِّرَكُمْ لِيُتِمَّ لَيْكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ (٦

“O you who believe! When you want to pray, then wash your face and your hands up to the elbows, and wipe your head and (wash) your feet up to the ankles. If you are junub then take a bath. And if you are sick or in pain. traveling or returning from a toilet or touching a woman, then if you do not find water, then wash your face with good (holy) dust; wipe your face and your hands with it. Allah does not want to make it difficult for you, but He wants to clean you and perfect His favor upon you, so that you may be grateful.


(Surat at-Taubah verse 11)

ابُوا امُوا الصَّلَاةَ ا الزَّكَاةَ انُكُمْ الدِّينِ لُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ لَمُونَ

“If they repent, establish prayer and pay zakat, then (they are) your brothers in religion. And We explain the verses for a people who know. (Surah at-Taubah (9:11))


(Surat at-Taubah(9):54)

ا لَ نَفَقَاتُهُمْ لَّا ا اللَّهِ لِهِ لَا الصَّلَاةَ لَّا الَىٰ لَا لَّا كَارِهُونَ

“And there is nothing that prevents them from being accepted from their livelihoods except because they disbelieve in Allah and His Messenger and they do not pray, but lazily and do not (also) spend their (wealth) but with reluctance.” (Surat at-Taubah(9):54)


(Surah Maryam(19): 59)

لَفَ بَعْدِهِمْ لْفٌ اعُوا الصَّلَاةَ اتَّبَعُوا الشَّهَوَاتِ لْقَوْنَ غَيًّا

“Then come after them, substitutes (bad ones) who waste prayer and follow their desires, then they will meet losses later.” (Surah Maryam(19): 59)


(Surat Thaha(20):14)

ا اللَّهُ لا لَهَ لا ا اعْبُدْنِي الصَّلاةَ لِذِكْرِي

“Indeed I am Allah, there is no god (righteous) but Me, so worship Me and establish prayers to remember Me.” (Surat Thaha(20):14)


(Surat al-Hajj(22): 77)

ا ا الَّذِينَ ا ارْكَعُوا اسْجُدُوا اعْبُدُوا افْعَلُوا الْخَيْرَ لَعَلَّكُمْ لِحُونَ

“O you who believe, bow down, prostrate yourself, worship your Lord and do good so that you may receive victory.” (Surat al-Hajj(22): 77)


(Surat al-Mu’minun(23):2)

الَّذِينَ لَاتِهِمْ اشِعُونَ

“Believers (ie) those who are solemn in their prayers,” (Surah al-Mu’minun (23):2)
